If this is your first time ordering through us, please provide a picture (as shown below) of the side panel of your booth seat . Please send this photo to (402) 570- 9507. If you are submitting a repeat order and have already submitted a picture, we have it on file and do not need another one.
In the spaces below, please provide the length and width of each of the seat sizes you need for your order as well as how many of each size you'd like. If you have previously ordered covers through us, you only need to provide seat length. To learn how to measure your seats, click here.
*All tablecloths are provided in standard Bark (Green) color as shown below.
If you need a custom size in a tablecloth, please measure your table (as shown below) NOT your tablecloth.
